「The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences.」

「Stayed here for a family event with my extended family. The room was spotless if a little dated. The bathroom was also exceptionally clean and the shower worked well. It does need a little investment, the furniture and furnishings are tired. Breakfast was good if limited in choice. All the team were pleasant. If you're looking for a comfortable, unflashy stay this hotel perfect.」

「Lovely accommodation. Our twin room "Jackson" was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Lovely en suite with fluffy white towels. Well stocked tea tray with fresh milk and chilled water in the fridge. The food was amazing. Had a main meal on first night and breakfasts throughout our stay, all were very good. Lastly, but just as importantly was the staff. They were all so polite, welcoming, and friendly. Just a note that the four rooms are upstairs. About 12 stairs, so if you have...

「This is a lovely property on the edge of the Broads. It was very clean and comfortable, and well equipped, and the host was very helpful. There is easy access to Norwich and the coast, and some lovely walks into the Broads from the doorstep. There isn't a shop in the village, but Acle is less than 10 minutes drive and has a small supermarket, pubs and takeaways. The big supermarkets in Great Yarmouth are only 15 minutes away.」

「Great location, extremely convenient to Summerhill and downtown Leiston. 10 minute taxi from Saxmundham train station. Book a cab in advance, as many cab “companies” are just a single driver and waits can be long when it’s busy. Host offers a variety of cereal in the morning. Some rooms are up a steep flight of stakes, and host offered help carrying suitcases upstairs. Mattress was on the bouncier side which you may find uncomfortable if sharing the bed. Host does not replace towels on stays of...
