"Villa avec une vue exceptionnelle , très bien placée avec parking privé très appréciable en Italie. L hôte est très réactif et amical. Plusieurs beaux endroits à visiter à pied de la villa ( cala, grotte, plongée....). Cette côte est très belle avec beaucoup de visite à réaliser sans faire trop de voiture. Logement et entourage propre. Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans un cadre idyllique. L hôte a su réagir rapidement à quelques problèmes d intendance qui n ont pas perturbé notre...

"The house is absolutely beautiful, vaste, well organized, with intimacy for everyone (large rooms with bathrooms for each) and at the same time nice terrasse, garden and large swimming pool to be all together. Close to the coast and its beautiful coves, restaurants, boat tour, fantastic views...it's the perfect place to enjoy nice holidays with family and friends! We found life quite cheap compares to other similar places in the mediterranean coast."

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole , la villa si trova a 2 passi dal mare , comodo e facilmente accessibile . Il personale molto disponibile gentile e cordiale . La stanza molto semplice ma pulita .. ottimo per chi vuole riposarsi. Inoltre la location si trova in una posizione strategica in quanto con l’auto si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti i lidi . Molto bella la spiaggia della suina . Dove si può trovare natura e relax . Ottimo ci torneremo sicuramente. "

"We have just had the best 10 days at Villa Tiziana. Two families with 3 teenagers. Beautiful rustic villa, incredible pool and outside space. Everything you need and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Communication with Rocco was excellent, he also came with his lovely family one evening to cook a meal for us, authentic Puglia dishes. There is a small town nearby, Santa Maria de Leuca with plenty of restaurants. 15 min drive is Pesculouse with the most beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea....

The location is great for the sandy beaches on the Ionian coast but also the rocky Adriatic coast is easy reachable within 1h. The town has plenty of restaurants which are in walking distance from the house. Tiziano and his family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a good time immersing in Italian culture and would recommend the house to anyone wanting a simple and comfortable...

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus. Besonders hatte uns der Pool und die Terrasse gefallen. Die Betten waren bequem und Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist felsig und leider nicht so schön. Gute Strände findet man in wenigen Autominuten."

"Wir haben drei Wochen in der Villa Grotta Azzura B verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Von den verschiedenen Terrassen hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick und sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig sehr gründlich gereinigt und gewartet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. "I have managed luxury hotels in Canada for over 35 years and this hotel was amazing. I did not expect such amazing grounds, room, pool, restaurant, breakfast, amenities and such amazing staff. "We have just got back from staying here for a week & could not say enough good things about TC. The grounds were gorgeous, so well looked after, the staff were flawless and the food was so fresh and delicious! Pool area was super relaxing and rooms were so clean & fresh. A few minutes drive into Otranto & would recommend a car to get around and explore as there is lots to see and do! Big shout out to Matteo (I think that’s the spelling) he was the greatest hotel waiter! "

"Loved the entire property. Nice rooms, pool, parking, and breakfast. There were 2 large groups staying there so they needed to figure out the dining a bit better. A group of 100 and another 35 were there so they set up for dinner for them and forgot about the other 10-12 guests but eventually ( once said we needed a place too) set up some tables outside for us."
