The Dillon Amphitheater is a short walk down the bike path, Walk down the beach from the condo and rent a Kayak and/or SUPs.

Super easy access to Summit County's favorite ski resorts, fly fishing rivers, close to great restaurants and Loveland Pass.
All the rooms have modern, clean, look. It is a small medium space (500 square feet), so we took particular care in creating extra sleeping space that can be enjoyed by individuals, couples, friends and families alike!
In the living room, the couch is a pull out double bed. Sheets, pillows and blankets are provided for couch based double bed.
In addition to the functional and comfortable furniture, we include fast and free WiFi, 120+ Cable channels, and Airplay equipped Flat Screen Smart TV which includes pre-installed applications such as You Tube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video etc. You can use your own credentials to view them, or 'cast' directly from your devices.
Entire unit. Unit is located on first level accessing the front from lakeside via stairs. The door of the unit faces the open-space of the Dillon lake's shore . The unit is part of a multi-level condominium complex that was recently updated with a modern exterior.
Parking is on the street side of the complex, and is limited to those with a parking permit (which will be waiting for you inside upon arrival). Spots are taken on a first come, first-serve basis.
There is typically adequate parking, but we highly recommend arriving before 6pm on the winter weekends, holidays or when there is a lot of fresh snow, as parking becomes more in demand during these times.
If you have additional cars in your party, or in the event you have arrived too late to secure a space, overnight parking is provided by the Town of Dillon a 1/2 mile away (a 15-min walk, up/down a hill, and may be icy in the winter). Maps for these overnight paid lots will also be made available to guests.

No Smoking of any kind - (inside and on patio $500 fine if found smoking)
No Pets – Only owners of record and owner’s adult family members are allowed to keep a maximum of two domestic pets per unit. Renters are prohibited from having pets of any kind.
Please follow "Good Neighbor Guidelines" and be considerate towards other families/guests in the complex. Quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00AM.

The following regulations are set and enforced by the Home Owners Association and not something we can modify for our AirBnB guests:
As part of our check-in process, we now require government-issued photo IDs for all adult guests once your reservation is confirmed with no exceptions. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone—thanks for your understanding!
NO PETS – Only owners of record and owner’s adult family members are allowed to keep a maximum of two domestic pets per unit. Renters are prohibited from having pets of any kind.
Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 8:00AM
