"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained and very clean, and the restaurants were enjoyable. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. On our first night, my daughter wasn’t feeling well and unfortunately got sick in the bed. We had to request help to change the sheets, and the staff responded quickly and kindly. We really appreciated how understanding and helpful they were during that situation. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great, centrally located hotel. You can walk to MOMA, Tamayo, Antropología, as well as Roma/Condesa neighborhoods etc (1+miles). Staff is very warm and helpful. Bathrooms are a little dated but clean (more important for me!). A/C is great! Gym is huge (2 rooms) and has everything you need. Housekeeping staff is great and attentive. Nice bar/lounge with piano player. Concierge can help you plan your day and even arrange for a private car and driver to the airport for early morning flights."

"We were out of water for 2 full days and the elevator wasn’t working for 3 days. I have 4 titanium screws in my back, a full titanium knee and a fractured foot. We were on the seventh floor 😵‍💫 The apartment was beautiful and just like the pictures. It would have been nice to have regular sized mugs and drinking glasses. The area has lots of beautiful areas to walk and some good restaurants and shops. My favorite was a lovely little tea shop with tables outside among the trees."

"An architectural gem form the 60’s that unfortunately has suffered years of bad restoration and repairs. The lobby feels more like a subway station. The beautiful knoll furniture that they had in bars and rooms has disappeared and replaced by cheap copies. A total shame but the building is still amazing!"

"Nice room. Comfortable beds. Shower had plenty of hot water. Issue was shower always leaked and we had water on floor…lots. Tried adjusting curtain but couldn’t avoid. Sink slow to drain."
