「Second time staying here. Everything was great. Decor is lovely giving great atmosphere. Breakfast is extensive even with the less expensive continental option. Staff are well trained and helpful. Easy walk through the park to Didsbury village and the tram station. Room isn’t air conditioned but fan provided was sufficient.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The building has been recently and interestingly renovated. Our breakfast of freshly cooked scrambled eggs with smoked salmon was excellent.」

「The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. All the beds were broken in some way & extremely uncomfortable, no decent nights sleep were had by the 6 of us. 1 room had a burnt out extension lead. Dark coloured futon with...

「I was greeted very well and politely by staff. Staff at front desk even helped with information of our endeavours in Peak District. Parking space was abundant. Room was very clean. Place was quiet.」

「空港から徒歩3分程度の距離にあります。 部屋が大変綺麗でした。 ケトルとコーヒーメーカーが備え付けてあります。コーヒーや紅茶が置いてありました。 ドライヤーと衣類スチーマーもありました。 冷蔵庫はありません。 シャワールームも十分な広さと綺麗さでした。備え付けのシャンプー類がありましたが使用していないのでどんなものかはわかりません。 USBポート（typeA,typeC）が部屋の至るところにありました。変換アダプタを忘れても大丈夫です！ 飛行機が飛ばなくなったので急遽もう一泊することになったのですが、快く対応してくださりました。部屋のブッキングはエクスペディアからしてほしいと言われましたが、予約後は、同じ部屋を手配してくれました。」

「これまで何度も利用していますが、今回の部屋にあったドライヤーはhighにするとオーバーヒートしてすぐ止まってしまい、冷ましてからでないと復活しないので、常にlowでないと連続して使用できませんでした。幸いショートヘアなので難なく済ませられましたが、これがロングヘアの方だったら苦労したと思います。 今まで利用した部屋にあったドライヤーはとても重いものでしたが、今回のは軽かったので違うタイプのものと思われます。 それと、洗面所の排水が悪く、なかなか流れなかったのが難点でした。」

「Don’t usually leave reviews but this felt warranted. Original room was ice cold and I had to argue with the staff on reception that the radiator wasn’t working, who kept trying to tell me it was. Upon checkout we asked for a taxi and an unmarked taxi was called that only took cash. It was not suitable for tourists, as we don’t have cash and this was for my mother in law who was from out of the country. I would avoid this hotel.」

「Easy to access to/from Manchester airport. I spend 2 nights arrived and depart day. Room was super clean, staff are so polite and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to spend the night before early departure day. Executive lounge is so useful to nibble some snacks at night time, also morning time, you can have some fruit and croissant. That was awesome. My kids love it.」
