The property boasts 3 bedrooms (1 x King, 1 x Queen, 1 x KS with trundle) plus an open modern kitchen and living space that is tastefully furnished in a modern coastal beach theme.

The main living space has reverse cycle air conditioning and bedrooms are kept cool with ceiling fans. There is a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine as well as an Espresso coffee machine avaliable for guests use.

Entertainment is provided with guest wifi, TV, DVD (plus small selection of movies), chrome cast, Bluetooth portable speaker and board games.

Pack everything in the beach cart and spend the day watching the waves and building sandcastles, and then come home to the large outdoor BBQ deck, hammock retreat and fenced back garden for the kids to play.

Pet Friendly Property (on application) - pets are strictly forbidden on any furniture including lounges or bedding, and pet waste must be cleaned up prior to leaving the property.

Strictly no smoking permitted inside property.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking and held against your current credit card.
