Also five mins to Banani Super Market, mosque, restaurants, grocery, etc. We are surrounded by Gulshan, Baridhara, Intl Airport, and the newly built elevated expressway - making it very convenient for a guest to move for daily necessities.

Our 4th floor apt is without any LIFT but the stairs are wide and comfortable. This is a completely private apt with no sharing.

The space
The interior of our apartment is very spacious and welcoming for two guests. This is a centrally located, safe, and peaceful area - guest can order their favorite meals till late night.

Cleaning
- The place is cleaned prior to your arrival.
- Bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels are freshly washed for your arrival.
- Cleaning services during your stay is available at no extra cost - please ask our caretaker to arrange.

There is no IPS in the apartment. We completely rely on the local Electrical Supply Authority.

Guest access
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1) Please always keep water heater OFF in the main bathroom for electrical safety. TURN it ON 10 mins before shower and immediately keep it TURNED OFF after shower for electrical safety.

2) Please Switch OFF Air-Conditioner when you are leaving the home everyday. Also keep all exit doors/windows closed while the ACs are ON during your stay for better performance.

2) Guards will help you to pick up and drop off luggage. If you hire guards/caretakers to do any of your personal work, please pay them. They will be happy and assist you arranging any of your personal need.

3) For security purposes the street door to the building is locked at 8PM when the security guard leaves for the day. You will be provided a key of the street door for your personal late night maneuver.
