The complimentary breakfast was packaged oatmeal… not too happy with that. We also needed clean sheets, as the ones on the bed were stained yellow. We were told we needed to go down to the desk to get them, rather than have housekeeping bring them up and change the bedding.

Stunk like dung inside...had a dirty look, smell and feel to it. The shower/tub drain was slow and i was standing in 6" of water as i was showering. The people staying there were vert shady wearing hoodies and looked like some were US Invaders. First and last time staying there. You get what you pay for

The room i was given was the accessibility room. When i called the front desk to ask for another room, non accessable but with 2 beds. He was rude and said nope I can not change. There were no cups, plates, bowls or any kitchen items. No hairdryers. Staff was not helpful nor friendly during check-in. Breakfast was only oatmeal packets and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Very disappointing experience.

As soon as we walked into the reception we perceived the smell of weed, it was very notorious that the receptionist was under the influence, but we had to sign a paper stating that we were not going to smoke in the room. When we got into the room there were roaches on the wall, the floor, kitchen counter tops and sink. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The manager on duty Latisa was horribly rude to us. Making us feel like we were the problem that the room that we were assigned to wasn’t anywhere near ready for us when we arrived to the hotel around 4pm. She would talk over us and wouldn’t give us a caring apology for making us feel unwelcome and not heard. She made us feel so uncomfortable and her only solution was to offer us a full refund and not even stay at the hotel. There was no way we were going to stay after the way she made us feel and how she treated us. Terrible customer service skills!!!!!

Hotel may be a little older but I'd definitely stay again. Tucked away and quiet. Many dining options in the area and easy access to/from highway, although traffic can be heavy at times getting around on Ford Rd.

Bottom of the Barrel.
This place is so run down and has zero amenities. No Gym, No Ice Machine to start. The rate was $204 per night, which is robbery for a 1.5 star property. Definitely NOT a business trip hotel. It looks like a homeless shelter in some aspects.

I've stayed at other extended stays and has a pleasant experience... This one however was not... Front desk attendant .. When he chose to show up was totally unprofessional and the place smelled so bad it almost made you gag... The room was nasty and smelled horrible as well... My wife and I opened the Windows left to go eat but it did not fix the problem... We ended up just leaving the property we could not bring ourselves to stay in those conditions... we canceled our second day and ended up going to a different property for rest of the weekend
