This 950 sqft single-level home keeps everything on one floor, with step-free access to the bedrooms and bathroom once inside.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, 4 pillows, a single-size sofa bed, a closet or dresser with hangers, room-darkening shades, and a 55" Roku smart TV.
Bedroom 2 has a full bed, 2 pillows, a closet or dresser with hangers, and room-darkening shades.
Bedroom 3 has a full bed, 2 pillows, a closet or dresser with hangers, and room-darkening shades. It sits next to the living room, on the left.

Living room
The living room has a single-size sofa bed that is always made up with fresh bedding, ready for extra guest.

Kitchen
The kitchen has a refrigerator with built-in freezer, an electric stove and oven, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, and a garbage disposal. You'll also find pots and pans, a knife set, cutting boards, dishes, glassware, silverware for 8, and cooking basics (oil, salt, and pepper).

Bathroom
The full bathroom has a tub and shower combo, a hair dryer, and fresh towels. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Outdoors
The home has a backyard.

Access
Self check-in is by smart lock.

- There is currently no air conditioning. AC units are planned for installation in spring. Heating is controlled by a thermostat in the living room.
- One bedroom runs slightly cooler than the others, and a small heater is provided.
- Laundry is not available for guests.
- The home has one full bathroom.
- There is no dishwasher or kettle.
- Security cameras are located outside only, facing the front door and the back door. There are no cameras inside the home.
- Smoke detectors are in every bedroom and the living room, and a carbon monoxide detector is in the living room. Fire extinguishers are in the kitchen and at the front door, and a first aid kit is in the kitchen.
- Built in 1921, the home has classic Detroit character.
- Long stays are welcome.
