「The hot tub was broken. The pool was very cloudy and dirty. We found about a 12 inch long black hair in the gravy at breakfast and they tried to up charge me $10 for a room that I had already paid for in advance through Expedia」

「Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. But property condition was below average. Bathrooms definitely need upgraded. Sleep was comfortable.」

「We have stayed at this location several times and have always had a positive experiance. Although this time we requested a king bed but our room had 2 they did move us to anither room which was great. The problem was our TV did not work. I called down to the front desk they reset the box with no success. We logged into our NETFLIX account on the TV Which worked But valume dud not work. This is a isolated incident. We will be staying here again our next time through.」

「I will start with the positive. We got massages and the spa was nice. The massages were good. The steakhouse was wonderful and the manager there, the waitress and the staff throughout Oglebay were really good. Now for the not so good: We were there for our 40th anniversary, which they had in their system, but we were given a room in one of the lodge wings that only had a view of the wall belonging to the next building of rooms. 「We had ants, the sheets on bed were dirty there was also a stain not cleaned in desk/table. Front desk was notified and said they would come by our room and never did. Parking lot full of pot hole, poorly lit hallways with noticeable dead bugs in ceiling fixtures.」
