「Initially our room bed wasn’t good but reception happily helped us to change the room. Operation manager was very nice and receptionist also understood the situation. Apart from the noise (obviously due to helicopters flying) everything was fine. Scenic hotel is upto my expectations due to such a great staff. I will go back for sure as my helicopter scenic trip got cancelled due to bad weather. Cheers 」

「今回、友達ファミリーと計5人で2ベッドルームに泊りましたが、シャワールームとトイレが一緒にあり、ちょっと不便でした。また、5人で予約していたのに、グラスやカップが、4個ずつしかなく、フロントに取りに行くと、とても不機嫌な女性が対応してくれました。また、ランドリーも21:30までと聞いて、その終わる前に洗濯していましたが、21:20に突然電源が切られ、ランドリー室の鍵が閉められ、慌ててフロントへ走り、鍵を開けてもらえるようお願いしましたが、また、その女性に、とても不機嫌な態度で対応されました。」

「受付は親切でした。部屋やシャワーも清潔です。朝食はパンとフレークと牛乳、バナナなどが置いてあり、自由に食べられますが、タイミングが悪いと何もないことも(伝えれば補充してくれるようです)。 価格もピーク時期にしては良心的だと思います。 総じて良いホステルでした。」
