「I did the app check-in which is nice. My only complaint was my room key on my phone did not open my door multiple times. I did go down to the front desk to get a room key. I got a little pushback from the person at the front desk because I didn't have my ID. That was stuck in my hotel room. Thankfully I had my phone so I could show him my reservation. It was a very convenient location for where I needed to be and a quiet hotel. 」
