「高速の降り口が近くて便利。」

「Very clean and new but we cut our stay short because the pillows were so tiny and not comfy and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There were only 2 each of bowls, plates, spoons, forks etc. The dishwasher and fridge were full size, but we would have to run the dishwasher after every snack or meal. They provided dishwasher tablets and no dish soap so handwashing a couple of items wasn’t possible. There were apsi only 3 towels provided for our king room with a 3 night stay for 2 guests. It’s...

「最終日前日にエレベーターの故障があり使えなくなっていたので　４階かの登り降りが大変であった。 　しかし、大きな荷物を降ろす時に階段の掃除をしていた若者の男子が荷物を降ろしてくれたのは大変助かりました。」

「I got a “suite” but when we got into the room there was no furniture in the front room. 」

「The rooms were not as clean as expected from the pictures. The hotel smelled musty in the hallways. The bathroom door had something dripping down it (dried) but also a hand print with whatever was dripping down it. The room itself was fine juat for a quick over night stay. But overall kind of disappointing after the pictures and reviews saying how clean it was. 」

「New, bright and very clean hotel. Very nice place to stay. Breakfast was good. Very nice neighborhood.」

「Other than the friendly front desk staff nothing about this place would have me returning. It’s just run down and filthy. The rooms smell horrible, the connecting door in our room had a broken, hanging handle. The air was either full blast loud or nothing at all. If we hadn’t been on the road for so long in such horrible traffic and just needed a couple hours of sleep so badly we likely would not have stayed. 100% would not recommend this place.」

「Breakfast was a full disappointment, very little to choose from and what they had was not good at all. Pink pancakes 🙃 scrambled eggs very dry, no pastry, no yogurt. Room was clean but carpet in the hallway was dirty and spotty. The evening check in gentleman was very friendly and talking with everyone to compare to the lady who checked us out, didn’t even talked to us. Parking was very safe and well maintained. 」

「Pros…bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, pool was ok, hot tub needs resurfacing, breakfast was nice. Cons…mold on the bathroom and on the window, room was very dirty, hallways smelled bad, flooring was coming up in hall, elevator, and room, towel bars and toilet paper holder rusted. I can’t believe Wyndham has their name on this place. We won’t use this hotel again.」

「My kids liked the breakfast options. Rooms were old with small pillows, but adequate for one night. Loud phone blasting a show at the front desk in the morning.」
