「I purchased the breakfast package expecting something special on July 4th but there were no special items with the package that was very overpriced!!!!! There were no special menu items at all and I was very much disappointed.」

「Everything was exceptional even the recommendations that were given to us. My only complaint was the bed was not comfortable at all for my wife and I. But otherwise homemade breakfast daily was delicious. The staff was friendly and very hospitable.」

「It was awful. Booked and paid for room, drove 12 hours straight just be told there were no rooms available. Despite there only being 4 cars in the parking lot. A gruff and rough employee came down to the after hours door then did not answer the calls from helpful Expedia reps. From what I could tell the lobby was not in the best condition and I’m actually happy my husband and I were relocated to a different hotel. I would not attempt to stay at this one again, no matter how low the price could...

「TV did not work No breakfast. Pool was filled with discarded furniture. Very run down and old. Garbage cans overflowing on property and smoke detector ripped off wall」

「The shampoo bottle was half full, package of silverware was opened, the plate behind the faucet in bathroom was off, we had 3 people in the room not enough towels had only enough for 1 person, they need to defrost the refrigerator because of real thick ice buildup, did not give us the room that I reserved but still charged me the same price, no strip on toilet to let us know if it was clean or not, toiletries were not enough for 3 people really not even enough for 1 person, stains on the pillows...

「Extremely friendly host that lives adjacent to the rental. Touched base with us several times during our 2 night stay to ensure everything was OK or if we had any questions about the area. We were there to visit our granddaughter who was a camp counselor at Camp Woodmont. We did however visit DeSoto Falls and made the short trip to Lookout Mountain while we were there. The rental was a perfect location for our shot visit & would certainly recommend to others.The Wellers」

「This cottage was amazing, definitely fitting the fantasy/Harry Potter theme. Mood throughout the place with dim lights and decor to match. Not a complaint about the cabin but be aware Chickamauga basically shuts down at 6pm during the week. 」
