「The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested. However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day.」

「There isn’t much close by just the beach and huge amazing pool. Wish there were more shops」

「The main restaurant has no AC or fans.」

「- Access: 1.5 - 2.0 hours by taxi from Bandaranaike International Airport. - Climate: Dry season, 25 - 30°C and comfortable ocean winds. - Appearance of the hotel: Graceful, sophisticated design that integrates the local arts, culture and plants with a Western, modern style. - Staff: Gentle, modest and professional. When we got in a few troubles, they always supported us so quickly. - Restaurant: We enjoyed and loved the various kinds of local food, cookings and beverages with beautiful scenery...

「Excellent」

「Great place to stay. Very clean staff were great. Only negative was that wifi was out for our 2 night stay. Great breakfast and pool was very nice. A wee bit out of the way, no shops or restaurants nearby, but very quiet and relaxing.」

「We had an amazing stay at hotel Dormero. The hotels right in front of the beach which made it very convenient for us to go around swimming and other beach activities which were nearby. The room itself was kept spotless with daily housekeeping. The staff were very nice and polite. We even had the opportunity to celebrate new years with the staff and eat amazing food. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would recommend. 」
