「An exceptional hotel from start to finish.」

「Hotel is rundown. Seems to be in a remodel in certain areas. Room was decent and clean but bathroom was not in good shape」

「This was a good property for the money. Beds are comfy but the rooms need updates. Had a nice and quiet stay. Would recommend if passing through.」

「Room was clean, awesome! Breakfast wasn't the best, chicken sausage?」

「Everything was great from the room to the breakfast to the staff.」

「Other Quality Inns have premium channels. This particular Quality Inn did not. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the breakfast scrambled eggs were very 'watery' and not very good.」

「Nice area clean rooms.」

「Upon arrival my first night my TV was not working and with only 1 staff member in the entire property she could not figure it out either. The property generally was clearly “ dated” ( chipped paint etc.) Generally understaffed」

「清潔で快適でした。スタッフも親切でした。 洗濯機が故障しているのは改善してほしい」

「When I entered my room there was an used glove and a rag on top of the desk next to the coffee machine we figured no big deal, we throw that away. We then turned on the TV and the screen was so dark you could barely see it. We tried going to the settings to maybe adjust the brightness but the option to adjust the picture was not available. The screen also flickered and dimmed randomly. Asked the manager for assistance he came up to our room, tried to do what we already did with the remote. And...

「Awesome property overall」

「Property in good condition, staff and breakfast both fantastic!」
