When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...

"Du début à la fin (très matinale!), tout a été parfait. Le couple de propriétaires est adorable et on se sent tout de suite « à la maison ». "Tous les ans nous essayons de se retrouver en famille, 6 frères et sœurs et leurs conjoints. Nous étions à l'aise car très grand et possibilité de se trouver seul. Beaucoup de pièces faisant salon. Nous avons aussi bien profité du spa. Pas très loin du Mans nous avons visité le musée des 24 h et la vieille ville. Par chance le soleil était avec nous durant tout le séjour. Chaque couple était satisfait car chacun sa salle de bain, ce qui n'est pas facile de trouver."
