"The location of this flat could not be better. Improvements are in order, however, when it comes to the way the place is maintained. It was not cleaned properly (especially the corners of the floors) and has an overall feeling of neglect. We were also only given one set of keys which was a particular problem because the building must be locked at all times. Unless everyone leaves at the same time it is a real inconvenience, as the flat is on the second floor (there is a dental clinic at the...

Pierre & Vacances Résidence Le Clos d'Eguisheim

8/10 Good

"The staff were really helpful when the heavy rain caused the ceiling in our apartment to leak badly. When we got the new apartment the kitchen wasnt fully clean with sauce splatters on the walls and a bit of an odor in the toilet that was there for the remainder of our stay. The pool needs some tlc but overall ee enjoyed our stay and would consider using the brand again on other locations."

Colmar Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This is an excellent hotel for it's class, in fact, better than some 4-star hotels. Although the building is undistinguished, don't let that throw you. The welcoming and friendly staff, on-site parking and outstanding breakfast (both included in the price), comfortable, clean rooms, generous room amenities and location (easy walk to town center) are a fantastic value. I'd be very happy to stay here again."

Odalys City Apartment Hotel - Colmar Centre

8/10 Good

"The apartment was very nice but is in need of some maintenance. Lights were burned out at the bedside & a plug receptacle was partially pulled out of the wall, also at the bedside. The drapes in the living room area, were coming off the hanging hardware. The staff were great & very helpful. The next issue is really a Hotels.com issue. When we tried to navigate to any location on our trip(rental car was used), the location of each property came up on the navigation system as Unknown Location instead of the name of the property. Thus, we found our selves on busy unfamiliar streets close to but not exactly at the front entrance of the facility. Also, specific information regarding actual location to where to park for each facility would be helpful. In many cases, the actual property name is not the exact name on the front of the hotel/apartment."
