"Very friendly and helpful staff. I definitely felt that the guests' satisfaction and comfort is their top priority. The grounds are lovely and so was our spacious room. We had driven to the upper lot of Buttermilk Falls with the intent of hiking to the base of the falls and back, but after reaching the base, a member of our party didn't feel quite well and was unsure if they could hike back to our car. Even though we had checked out of the hotel earlier that day, we called the hotel and asked if someone could pick us up iwith the hotel shuttle van and drive us back to our car. Without hesitation we were told "yes" and our ride was there within a few minutes. The driver was courteous and friendly and saved our day!"
