「Clean room, friendly staff, good water pressure. No water bottle provided, but have refill on ground floor. 」

「The room is really dirty and dusty and smell musty . I can’t wait to go out the moment I see the room. hotels.com should screen the quality of hotels before they put the hotel under the list- not recommended ! 」

「Free parking in front of the property but there’s no security. The front desk/office is closed from 9pm till morning. Have to drive out to the town for food. Selection for dining is very little. 」

「Its an old hotel and bathroom still use bath tub where you have to stand in it to bath under the shower. Dangerous because its slippery. Typical of most, if not all hotels in Sibu, the wifi is very poor! Wifi sucks. Sibu hotels need to pay more attention into this matter! Its a big problem for travellers sometime looking for good hotel with good wifi connectivity.」

「高層階の部屋を割り当てられましたが、リバービュー側もシティビュー側も 大きい窓からは地平線まで続く熱帯林という絶景でした。アメニティも過不足なく、お掃除も行き届き水回りも大体OK。朝食もよかった。町の中心にあってとても便利。リノベーションしたらしいので壁はベコベコしてますが満足度高いです。」

「Pretty worn out for all furniture in the room, chair, table, curtains and even window. Can smell the smoke from next door and even provided ash trays. On the booking site, listed non smoking room. 😣」
