「The apartment was spacious, bright, and stylish, with beautiful and comfortable furniture. Loved the snuggly throws in the living room. The location was great, right downtown but quiet, and this particular unit was facing the back. There was no view but plenty of windows and light and no street noise at all. And it was not right over the venue, which helped when there were events at weekends. Cody responded promptly to questions and request. We had a wonderful stay. Just wish some of the one...

「Fantastic location. Quiet neighborhood & close to a lot things. The home is very nicely renovated with a large yard & multiple outdoor seating areas that are very enjoyable. The ability to park in the driveway makes unloading luggage super easy. This home has a lot of space & is a great value. The host is very timely with responses & accommodated an early check-in. 「What a wonderful place to stay. There were 5 adults and two kids under two. It is a very clean and inviting home. It was extremely quiet neighborhood. Target was right across the street and lots of great shopping within 10 minutes of the home. The host has so many wonderful extras that made it feel at home. Soap, shampoo, and all the kitchen supplies you could need. There is even an airfryer. We loved the foot massager after a long day at the zoo! The bedrooms are all upstairs and it was nice to...

「The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and...

「Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.」

「The Ashford loft is not up to the standards typically followed in most VRBOs I’ve stayed in throughout the area. The space in the loft is very poorly laid out, the step up bathroom is on the opposite side of the loft, from the bedroom, the carpets need to replaced as they are worn out and appear to be dirty. The bedroom mattress and the bedding (pillows, sheets, mattress pad, etc.) are old and worn out. The electrical outlets are not conveniently located and appear to be outlets from years ago....
