「A very comfortable property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The duplex was immaculate and well appointed. The owner has the communication and check-in/out process perfected. A 45-minute streetcar ride to Canal St. A parking space in front of the property. We would most definitely stay here again. Excellent stay. 」

Lovely, quiet location and there are plenty of great spots to go right in the mid-city area. Sheri and Lee were responsive and great to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!」

「It was fairly noisy at night with people revving engines and such but did ok with a sounds machine and ear plugs. I was disappointed by how small the pool was. It was nice because it was so close to everything though, especially since our vehicle had issues and was out of working order for several days until it was fixed. It was also helpful to be able to get food close by as well. I’m guessing the smell in the halls is from the seafood restaurant that is close. Thankfully, the condo did not...

「Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. 」
