「We had a lovely two night stay here. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We planned to take a train to Ragusa and they took us to the train. Unfortunately the train wasn’t running(beware trains in Silicy!). Salvo came back and got us and then they got us a car service with fifteen minutes. Incredible! Yeah to Salvo and the entire staff.」

「Prachtige locatie en wonderschone omgeving. We hadden een zeer ruime studio met tuin en zicht op speeltuin en zwembad. De tuin was zeer smaakvol met oa olijfbomen, citrusvruchten, rozen en jasmijn. Er was veel ruimte, stijl en rust. En dat terwijl kids gewoon konden spelen. Ideaal voor een gezin. En wandelen in de cavagrande (super mooie kloof met meertjes - actieve en zeer kooie wandeling) is binnen 30 mns te bereiken. Het leuke plaatsje Noto ook dichtbij. En heerlijk ontbijt. 」

「Although we only spent one night here we wish we could have stayed longer. A beautiful property, very tastefully designed in an unbeatable location. Easy walk into the centre of Ragusa Ibla and free parking a 5 minute walk down the hill. Andrea, the manager, was delightful. She was so apologetic for making us wait to walk us from the parking to the hotel even though we had screwed up and not replied to her last message! She made great restaurant recommendations. And she put together a lovely...

「Wir haben ein Zweizimmer Family Appartement gebucht, dieses ist sehr grosszügig und toll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zur Strasse. Unser Appartement war zudem über der Küche, das Personal hat bis spät in die Nacht aufgeräumt, was leider sehr gut zu hören war. Die Lage ist ausserhalb und südlich von Ragusa, nach Marina di Ragusa ist in ca 10 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Top Service, super Frühstück - wir haben es genossen.」

「Super freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Anlage, gepflegt, ruhig gelegen, Frûhstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Perfekter Service. Einzig die Matratze war für uns etwas zu hart. Air condition, Wifi, alles funktionierte zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Auch der super Service am Pool muss gelobt werden. 」

「事前にホテルから、希望事項の確認等をメールを頂いたり、滞在時のフロントのスタッフも親切で丁寧でした。また、駐車場が中庭にあり、そこまでの道が狭いので、フロントのある場所まで行くと担当者が車の管理をしてくれるバレーパーキングであった。 古いお屋敷を改造してホテルにしていて、天井がすごく高いことや、調度品等に優雅さを感じたが、古いドアをオートロックにしているので、閉めるときに都度大きな音がした。」

「部屋はコンパクトながら清潔。とても気持ちがいいお部屋です。フロントデスクの方がとても英語が堪能でラグーザの街中ドライブルートを適切かつ丁寧に教えて下さりとてもありがたかったです。それから特筆すべきは併設のレストランです。ミシュランの一つ星をもらっており、実際に利用してみると味は当然として見栄えも最高です。パスタにいくらをちりばめてあるのにも驚かされました。今回シチリアに８日間いましたがイチオシのホテルです。」
