「The check in was a nightmare. The women at the desk was plain mean. I was frustrated because the check in was so long. It was over 12 minutes before we were checked in. No other customers around. It never takes more than 2 or three minutes at any other establishment. She enjoyed making us wait. The hotel was very good in all other categories. All other staff were awesome. Iwill stay at My Place again, but not at Jamestown.」

「The room was very dated, the carpet was very wore and had gravel on it as soon as you went in. We went for supper and came back our key wouldn’t work again, had to go have reprogrammed (no big deal) then get in the room, tv won’t work. Called the front desk and the guy said he’d come fix it. He NEVER came. We didn’t eat breakfast, but I did forget something in the room.
