「The caravan park is in a gorgeous position with unbeatable scenic views over the water and mountains and is tranquil and well run. The very old cottage we hired is adequate but showing its age quite badly. and could do with a refresh. Although it comes with kitchen provisions eg plates saucepans etc they are fairly sparse particularly since the cottage sleeps up to 7. Fridge is large however and quite new. The fully enclosed little area at back is a bonus if you have a dog. Tv works well,...

「FABULOUS !! Nicely decorated and very clean unit.....even better than the photos. Everything you need was supplied. The location was perfect. SO central and in walking distance to beach, waterfront, CBD and out to Settlement City. Easy stroll to numerous restaurants, shops, cinema and supermarkets. We loved the quick access to a choice of great walking paths along the waterfront in both directions. The unit was very comfortable and we found it very quiet and great to sleep at night. 「The property is clean and well appointed. We liked the additional space offered, with the comfortable lounge, dining and well appointed kitchen down stairs and the 2 bedrooms (we used one) and the bathroom upstairs. It’s also great to have parking next to the unit. The location in a quieter part of Port Macquarie, but close to beaches is good.」

「Everything was quite adequate. The unit was very spacious. I struggled with the entry and exit of the parking garage (I'm not very tall and had problems trying to insert the unusual shaped key into the lock from inside the car) Also maybe an automatic door opening to exit the garage would be much better.」

「Accommodation and staff are great. Second stay within 6 months. The only down side is the push to watch a presentation for some sort of sales pitch. I gave advanced notice I was not interested to attend on the phone prior to check-in and was still pushed to attend at check-in. It ends up making the check-in process awkward - even worse after a long travel to get to the accommodation with tired children. Please improve this process.」
