「Nicely positioned in the City with access to major banks, cafeterias and transportation. The hotel is managed by Lebanese it seems, resulting in degraded service quality. At times I see Lebanese guys at the reception desk, sometimes a woman of Lebanese descent or similar…. The hotel is not as glamorous as I thought 」

「Dans l'ensemble les chambres sont propres, le Li est confortable. La chambre est très spacieuse, ça a été dans l'ensemble contre l'odeur de la cigarette c'est horrible. Surtout. Pour moi qui ne supporte pas les notes de la cigarette, c'est pas possible. Ça fume partout, Ça fume dans les chambres et dans le lobby」

「Oubliez les autres hotels de Pointe-Noire (Atlantic Palace Hotel, Palm Beach...) et venez à l’Elaïs, le personnel est exceptionnel. Grand choix de chambres du bungalow à une tour de six étages. La salle de gym, la piscine et le tennis sont top. Sans parler du buffet petit-déjeuner très convenable. Le jardin luxuriant est très bien entretenu. Tous les commerces sont à proximité, (change, laverie, restaurants...)」

「Huoneeni oli erittäin siisti, hyvässä kunnossa ja mukava. Langaton netti oli nopea. Sijainti oli mukavan keskeinen. Respassa puhuttiin hyvää englantia. Aamupala oli aika yksinkertainen.」
