"Dans l'ensemble les chambres sont propres, le Li est confortable. La chambre est très spacieuse, ça a été dans l'ensemble contre l'odeur de la cigarette c'est horrible. Surtout. Pour moi qui ne supporte pas les notes de la cigarette, c'est pas possible. Ça fume partout, Ça fume dans les chambres et dans le lobby"

"Possibly the best hotel in Pointe Noire. It is a very nice place but it unfortunately fails at times to exploit its full potential. As a hotel under the Hilton brand, I expected it to do the things u see in Hilton around the world. There were no doorman to help with luggage when I arrive nor was there anyone available to help me with luggage to take me to my room when I first checked in. Not that I needed the help necessarily but it’s the little things that count when u check in a luxury hotel. Biggest issue I had during my 5 night stay was the fact that I woke up one morning with a big roach crawling on my bed. I understand that vermine is tropical locations r sometimes not the easiest to get rid of but it’s a luxury hotel thus expected better. That being said, all staff was courteous and respectful and always helpful when I asked for assistance. If works sends me there to Pointe Noire again, I wouldn’t hesitate go ring them another try in the hopes they live up to their full potential."
