「Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen gebucht. Daily hat uns schon nach der Buchung kontaktiert und angeboten den Transfer zu organisieren, was wir dankend angenommen haben-top. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und in perfektem deutsch. Alles sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage lief bereits als wir ankamen, so dass wir nach der Anreise erstmal abkühlen konnten. 「It is a very difficult time to live in Cuba right now. There is only limited electricity and Wi-Fi so it is hard for any hosts to provide what customers want and pay for. They did their best but you can really feel the pressure on the people who live here. They have a generator which really improves things and they do their best to offer a good service. 「I’m so happy to have stayed here! The host Yami and her family were SO kind and welcoming! Amazing communication from her before-during-and after our stay marking us feel so taken care of! The horseback ride that’s included was absolutely amazing! Such a generous extra service! We also ordered breakfast which she made and it was super good. Location is great, just a few blocks from the Main Street. I highly recommend this place to everyone that visits Viñales!」
