No A/C (you are at 9000 feet) but there are ceiling fans and tower fans, in case the afternoon gets warm. Firewood is provided for the fireplace. Wifi worked flawlessly. TV is streaming only, so if you don't do that, it may be a challenge. Small deck, with a dinette. A propane grill is there. Golf course view. Often some elk and deer will com along. Adjacent...

「Close to downtown as stated.Door code worked everytime I remembered it correctly.A mini split would have been nice for a/c .The fans worked tho.Whoever cleaned the place used way too much Fabaluso,it was over powering and I'm not sensitive to smells.My stuff even smells like it now lol.The refrigerator sounds like a dishwasher,with death throes included.That small space It was very annoying ,even with my hearing aids out ... If you are a big person you will not fit in the bathroom I'm 6'3" 235...

「We need not stayed one night, but it was nice and cozy. Didn’t use the fireplace because it was too warm. Enjoyed the patio! Nice area to go for a walk. It was nice and clean!」

「Home was extremely clean and comfortable. Host was quick to reply with any and all concerns. Very cozy home for all our guest. My only recommendation would be possibly having a grill to cookout. Other than that, will definitely make this an every trip option when in Alamogordo.」
