Well-lit.And a highlight for us was the checkout process said, "leave the cleaning to us".We didn’t bring our dog along on this trip, but this property was one of THE MOST pet friendly places we've stayed. They had dog bowls, beds, blankets, and even a tie out. Book with confidence! 」

「We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.」

「No step entry had a 10 inch step up to an uneven floor. Pet friendly cover up smell greeted you when you opened the door. Area rugs in front room & bedroom were dirty. Furnace blew cold air constantly. Host tried to say we had air on. Looked spacious in ad but was tiny and cramped.」

「Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets」
