Communication before arrival was prompt and Taiko even dropped any plans to pick me up at the local station saving me money on further transport. "宿の詳細が記載された上での評価をします。 GW価格だとは思いますが、この宿で何万のお金の価値は無いです。 BBQだからできるからでしょうか、窓ガラスが脂っぽい汚れがあって不快でした。ゴミはそれぞれで最後捨てるのですが、前の日のものかわかりませんが、ゴミが残ってて不快でした。宿からシャワー室が離れてますが、夜に入るのは中々勇気がいると思います、少なくとも女性は1人で行くのは怖いと思います。海が好きな人は、行っても良いと思いますが価格については、普段と同じ価格設定にして欲しいし、GW価格を付けて販売するほどの価値はここにはありません。"

"We decided to walk to the hotel from Niigata Station, not realizing it was about to rain. It was a downpour by the time we got to the lobby, but one of the staff saw us coming and met us with dry towels at the door! It was so thoughtful! And that was just the start of great service. We loved our stay and will definitely come again!"

The hotel’s only small downside is that it is slightly isolated - very convenient to the convention center next door, but not much else. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Niigata. "
