We absolutely loved the inn. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great and incredibly helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable and extremely well-managed. Our needs were attended whenever we needed something or advice on where to go. The burritos across the street were also AMAZING! Can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

The only thing lacking is better water pressure and a real gym - don't plan to get a workout in while you are here.

Everything was great. Very clean and modern hotel with just enough on site to eat and drink. In the center of downtown Napa, so the location is unbeatable.

This place was phenomenal! The rooms were very spacious and as immaculately kept as all the pools, fountains and grounds. The breakfast was beyond continental including unlimited mimosas to go with your fresh espressos. All the staff were extremely friendly, attentive but not intrusive. Every single employee i met inquired if i was finding everything satisfactory or if i had any needs. We even had a microwave brought to one of our rooms for our week long stay. The Bel Abri Napa was an excellent site for our weekend getaway, providing efficient and simple check in (after hours) and handling our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in direct route of our travels in and out of Napa and the surrounding areas. It sits just 2 minutes from downtown Napa's eateries, entertainment, and wine-focused businesses. The Bel Abri staff was warm and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay for two nights.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. My wife and I checked in here on our Honeymoon and we’re immediately greeted by some of the nicest people we’ve met so far. Extremely helpful and nice and they also upgraded us on our Honeymoon to a wonderful room looking out at the Vineyard. The room was incredible, large and very scenic. We even had our own in room fireplace. The staff is absolutely amazing, and that extends to the Harvest Kitchen which is located near check in. The food service was wonderful, including their pre fix menus....

Everything is good at this hotel. We will come to stay again. Front desk and cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. They make very good coffee. Complimentary in-room breakfast is convenient. The location is great

My sister and I met here to catch up on each others lives. We hadn't seen each other in quite some time and this was about half way for each of us. We both loved the hotel, the front desk staff, all the amenities, breakfast and felt very safe. We truly appreciated your hospitality and plan to it again.

We experienced staff that were accommodating and friendly both in the hotel and at Sol Bar. The amenities such as chai tea, bottle water, bicycles and complimentary Mercedes Benz made it worth it. Sol Spa was a tranquil experience until the cashier presumptively added a tip onto my bill and practically embarrassed me so I'd sign it. Apparently, that is what the Sol Spa suggests clients to pay. We could walk the 2 blocks for shopping and dinner. The owners were great, loved breakfast outside each day, We stayed just 2 night so we had a smaller room. Next time we will stay longer and opt for something larger. We also had a massage one day, Nina and Salvatore were both excellent.

What a gem. Absolutely perfect stay & location. Everyone that worked there was incredibly kind & helpful. Mudbaths & massages were outstanding. Location is ideal. Had such a great time & made wonderful memories. I will definitely be back!

Meadowwood is a special place. We stayed in a treetop room with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was luxury all the way. We enjoyed a meal at the poolside bar and were entertained by a gracious bartender who took good care of us. Everyone we encountered treated us well. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Staff was very responsive. Drop off and pickup from restaurants, bell hop service and room cleaning were excellent.
