When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. 「The facilities were adequate overall. However, the hotel advertises breakfast, which consisted of oatmeal in a packet, muffins, and granola bars. I do not consider this a continental breakfast, and the coffee was very disappointing. In addition to this, hotel promoted a swimming pool, yet it was locked during my stay and did not see anyone using it. While the staff was nice and facilities served its purpose, I find it misleading to advertise amenities such as breakfast and a swimming pool when...

「Our was clean. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water. Our bed was comfortable and the ac worked good. The front desk staff at check in was nice and so was the lady at check out. Great stay for the money!」

「The first room had bed bugs. I was bitten all over my arms, legs, and feet. I actually was able to take a video of one before I killed it. I showed my bites and the video to the guy at the front desk and all he said was that there had been people sleeping in that room and nobody had complained. He did move me to another room that seems to have been free of bed bugs.」
