"“Airport hotel” is not at the airport at all, it took us hours to find our way there from airport. Give up if you have mobility issues because you will get tired before you even see the hotel in the distance. Female/solo travelers may feel uncomfortable with the trucker stop-like hotel. please account for enough time to make it to the hotel before food places in the area close because it takes hours for the food to get to the hotel. "

"The breakfast was poor from my point of view, there was no bacon, no scrambled eggs, and the food that was there was poorly stocked. The staff seemed to have no interest in anything, they ran out of spoons, so I asked for some from a member of staff, her reply was to point out another member of staff and say go ask her! I asked her and she went and got some but when she came back she just dumped them in the tray and walked away, she didn't come to me to give one, or even tell me that she had brought some out. Reception staff were exceptionally slow with check in taking a half hour, the room was pre paid so there was nothing really to check so why it took a half hour is something that I don't understand. The hotel is nice, it's clean and in a good location but the one let down is the staff."

"Great place to stay near the station if you have to travel around cities near Rottedam. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Bring ear plugs because people are nousy as always in hallways and they let those door slam.(not the hotels fault but the customers)"
