「I requested a room accessible for my 90 year old mother with a walker. We got that. I asked the front desk woman if there was another entrance to the pool because the one at the entrance had many stairs. She said no. Another traveler in the lobby told me there is one around the back. The staff member said they never took her around the property and trained her when the woman said that. They play music all day and night until 10:30pm outside my room by a speaker. I requested it be turned off and...

「We stayed July 24-26. Was very convenient to get to where we were going. Very nice hotel. Great breakfast, the waffles were my favorite. Bed was very comfy. The only issue we had was when we were packing up. Had to make two trips. I had the Do Not Disturb was on the door and when we got back to room to get the rest of our stuff the door was wide open. I didnt think that was good. Our stuff still on the bed. How did she know we were coming back up right away? A do not disturb to me means dont go...

「This hotel/resort is all about location. It's location is prime, right on long sands beach. All 3rd floor rooms have balconies that overlook the beach and ocean. The best sunrise in York is right outside your hotel doors. The 3rd floor rooms are a bit small and dated but we only slept there...too much to do around the area. Finally, the pool areas are fantastic. Service was top notch.」
