「Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und definitiv auf Selbstversorgung ausgelegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht empfehlenswert, einseitig und günstig, was die angebotenen Speisen betrifft. Die Pools sind gepflegt, Liegen sind ok. Man benötigt Handtücher für den Pool, es gibt keine, man kann sie auch nicht dazu buchen. Das Servicepersonal ist mäßig freundlich, nur das Nötigste. Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen, man ist auf Bus, Auto oder einen Spaziergang von 30min angewiesen, wenn man nett essen gehen...

「We've had a disappointing stay this week. It began at check in when the staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. We weren't offered help with our cases and had to carry them up 27 steps. The room lacked character, but was generally clean. We tried to book in at the spa to be told it was fully booked ( not a problem). We tried to book later into the week and the staff member then booked us onto the wrong day. Again we decided to switch our itinerary rather than have to explain...

However there are many aspects with let the hotel down: - Very poor food, particularly in the evenings. - Restaurant is a chaotic free for all at times. - Not well staffed: always significant queues at the bar. - Endless noise being blasted across the whole resort from all variety of entertainment activities leaving no down time to relax. Overall the hotel is by no means terrible for the price, however it does not come...

「Met een gezin hier verbleven. Heerlijke tijd gehad. Beneden aan de berg mooie zee met golven. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn verblijf als rust wilt en ontspanning. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Schoonmaak super.」
