「The Sunrise Cottage, and indeed the entire Pu'u o Hoku Ranch is a hidden gem. We may be biased since we held our wedding celebration here back in 2016, but to return ten years later and find it even more lovely was a delight. Molokai isn't for everyone, but to those drawn to it a wonderful adventure awaits. We'll return as often as they'll have us. Mahalo to all those who made our stay so wonderful.」

The failure happened shortly before our trip was set to begin, so we were incredibly grateful the host communicated the issue up front and offered us a different room on the same property for the same dates.Throughout the process, the host and her staff were open, responsive, kind and ensured we were comfortable. 「The ocean view was nice. We did have a disappointing experience during our stay. Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in both the room and the refrigerator, which made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. We appreciate that the host was understanding and provided a partial refund to help make up for the inconvenience, but the condition of the accommodation prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. We hope the pest issue is addressed so future guests have a better experience.」
