「Daily room service - beds, cleaning, etc. was excellent - congratulations and thanks to our designated member of staff (room 430) All service within the hotel was very prompt and efficient. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of dishes. One improvement - additional complementary bathroom items would have been useful, especially a shower cap. Thank you - I would definitely visit again.」

「Town Terminusのバス停から徒歩で向かいました。直前の角を曲がった後は目印となるものがないため不安を覚えますが、ドイツ銀行を過ぎたところに目立たない入口があります。部屋にはひと通りのものが揃っており快適でした。WiFiの速度も問題ありませんでした。」

「A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions. Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower. An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!」

「Couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Whatever you asked for, it was no trouble at all. Our room was fine with a balcony that overlooked the harbour. Plenty to eat at breakfast. You can start with continental and then have a cooked meal if you want. The only drawback for us was the number of steps and sloping paths/ roads you need to negotiate to reach the hotel. That said, we would recommend this hotel.」
