「Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the view from the top (you will have breakfast there) is amazing.」

「We had lounge access with our booking however the hotel was very busy with a number of events. The manager in recognition upgraded our room and provided in room service. The following day the deputy manager helped me and my wife with a harbour cruise and provided a complimentary evening meal. The hotel made our stay so special and I thank the hotel manager and deputy manager for spending the time with us and helping to make our stay a great one. 」

「ロケーションがとても良い、目の前はビーチ、隣はカジノ、カジノへはホテル内から専用通路でも行ける。部屋は狭いが清潔で寝るだけなら十分。」

「コンベンションセンターに近く、ビジネスの利用には問題ありませんでした。グリル系のレストランはクオリティーが高く、何度も利用しましたが、満足でした。」

「【総評】 値段のわりには満足できるといった程度。 「快適に寝る」ではなく「寝る」、「おいしく食べる」ではなく「腹を満たす」といった目的は達成できる。 【良い点】 ・建物は古いが、よく保守されている。また、海に面しており開放感があり、立地・眺めは良い。 ・値段が良心的に設定されている。 【悪い点】 ・スリッパや歯ブラシのような雑貨はもちろん持参しなくてはならない。 ・何よりの不服は、チェックアウトの時間以前から清掃員が勝手にドアを開けて入ってこようとすること。そして"Do not disturb"の札もないため、朝の時間帯は始終、清掃員からのノックに悩まされることになりイラつく。「やはり南アもアフリカだな」と思わされたホテルであった。」
