「A very reasonable rate for the accommodation, very helpful and friendly staff. We were able to have a late check out. Amazing hotel that is very nicely renovated. Beautiful room that had everything we need and very comfortable. A free drink and meal discounts. Amazing entertainment area outside with a free pool table and fires burning. So centrally located. I would highly recommend this accommodation」

「Room was gross! Needs to have everything replaced, mattress dipped and sagged. Carpet awful with stains!!! Mould on the bathroom window frame. Bathroom so unbelievably gross! I’ll never stay here again!! Very depressing to be honest!!!」

「Good location on the high street / highway, but quiet overnight and during the day, despite this. Close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes. Somewhat dated bathroom, but it and the furniture were still in very good condition. Bathroom and room were clean. Friendly reception staff. Complimentary fresh milk available for tea and coffee. Air Conditioning / Heating worked well in winter. Would stay again.」

「It was 40c on the afternoon we arrived, and it was fantastic to find that the aircon was on and the house cool inside. It is a beautiful location, far away from everything, and had everything we needed to feel at home.」

「Expedia took our booking when Story Bank is closed. We tried to call a number we found but there was no answer. We drove to Mandurama and had no response so We had to return to Blayney a distance of 29km and find somewhere to stay the night there. We need a refund of $112.50 which was taken from our Mastercard account. This could have been avoided if Expedia had not taken the booking. A very unpleasant experience!!」

「Isolated and very quiet. Lots of sheep surrounding the cottage. Very easy access to the Carcoar River Yarn Festival held that weekend.」
