「Nicely located for slope access. The pool was very cold and quite small, the spa is NOT included and has to be booked days in advance for a specified time as it’s only open in the evenings, this has to be done by phone with the external provider which wasn’t very smooth. Room was fine and had everything we needed. Room had two bathrooms but only 1 toilet which was a bit inconvenient.」

Free and inconvenient parking was good Bedroom lights spacious enough Bed was comfortable The only thing I didn’t like was that I was charged by the hotel for the room, although it was prepaid and paid online to Expedia. I had to call Expedia to get my extra charge refunded」

「部屋は広く快適でした。 スキーインスキーアウトのホテルですが、レンタルショップが少し離れた山の高台にあり、公共のエレベーターを使ってアクセスするためにあまりメリットは享受できませんでした。 インドアプールやサウナ、ハマムなどのスパ施設があり、アフタースキーも楽しめます。」

「Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. No tongues for croissants at breakfast despite me asking for some so everyone was putting their hands in all over them. The lights in the corridors were...
