「Enjoyed my stay at Cozy Abode in Historic Yankton - Heart of the City. First, this place is huge - with an open concept, and CLEAN. The kitchen is well appointed with just about everything one would need, although it could use some baking sheets and a can opener. The refrigerator is full size, clean and has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser! Dishwasher is nearly silent. The living room area is large; with a couch, loveseat and large flat screen tv. The couch has been well loved...

「We booked this house for a little get together for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The communication with the renters was wonderful, the house was so comfortable and beautiful. We will be renting again when we make our way to town!」

「This little home is perfect for a couple or small family. Has a keurig, fridge, stove top with oven, good AC and Roku tv. Bed is comfortable and shower is nice! I, personally, would prefer a later checkout. 10am is earlier than most motels and this home is so small that cleaning would take an hour especially with guests required to wash all dishes, put away and strip the bed. Checkin is after 4. I think there could be a few changes and this would be an outstanding rental.」
