「This place is by far the most beautiful we’ve seen in all of Switzerland. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The view is absolutely magnificent! The apartment is charming and fully stocked with everything you need. There’s a grocery store conveniently located on the lower floor of the building, and a laundry room available for use free of charge. I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends and family. Next time we’re in Switzerland,...

「部屋は、まずまずだったが、 フロントの人の対応がかなり悪く残念だった。 １人だけいい人がいたが、その人以外が対応する時は、 かなりいやだった。。。 wifiのつながりが悪かった。」

「Beautiful apartment, stunning views, and great facilities - the bed bugs certainly seem to love it. Sadly there's so many of them, there's even stains on the sofa cushions were previous guests have squished some. 」

「Es ist ein sehr schönes und saubers Hotel. Sehr neu. Alles sehr praktisch im Zimmer enthalten. Wie eine kleine Wohnung. Einzig ein eigenes Restaurant zum frühstücken fehlt.Im gleichem Häuserkomplex, hat es ein Restaurant. Es öffnet leider erst später am Morgen. 」

「Diese Ferienwohnung hat die Vorteile eines Hotelzimmers. Tägliche Reinigung mit Bettenmachen, Auffüllen von Wasser, Kaffeekapseln, etc. Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Lage , fußläufig zur Straßenbahn (Ticket inkl.), zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros und Coop) sowie an die Aare. Ruhiges Wohnviertel. Verbesserung geht bei den Kopfkissen (zu weich) und bei dem Bettzeug (viel zu warm bei Sommertemperaturen) Super: hundefreundlich (was auf die gesamte Stadt und das Umland zutrifft)」

「セルフチェックインと予約時に分からず、当日現場で入館できずかなり困った。更に事前にパスポートの写真を送付しなくてはいけなかったらしく、前日までにも送られてきてない人には再連絡するなど配慮が必要だ。そのあたりが不親切。旅行者はWifiは繋がるが電話は繋がらないので、このような緊急時には対応できない。 室内は綺麗で設備も良かったが、チェックインのバタバタで疲れてしまった。」
