「フィジーらしい豊かな自然とリゾートの贅沢な雰囲気が味わえる大満足のステイでした。私達のヴィラはハスの花が咲く池の上にあり、非日常の世界。モーニングウォークも虹を端から端まで見て大感激。スタッフの温かい笑顔も良かった。朝食もシリアルやフルーツが食べ放題。キッズ用プールに滑り台があり、たのしかった。近くの海でシュノーケルもできた。思い出に残るホテルでした。」

「Wow! The pictures online do not do this resort justice. The staff was amazing. The food was spectacular. The entire island was beautiful and such a treat to explore. Will definitely be back, but in my absence definitely treat yourself to this amazing experience!」

「着いた時に歌って出迎えてくれ、帰るときは歌って見送ってくれました。とても温かい雰囲気で嬉しくなりました。 目の前は海ですが、泳げるビーチというわけではないです。海辺でのんびりという感じとはちょっと違う気がしました。 アメニティはpure Fiji の石けんがあるくらいで、歯ブラシやコームなどは全くありません。とてもシンプルです。 食事は朝食付きと書いていたのですが…ブュッフェに並んでいるのは、フルーツとマフィンと、コーンフレーク、コーヒー、牛乳。 アメーバと違いました。 シュノーケリングしましたが、レインボーリーフも見ることができました！」

「Due to the location of the resort, it is extremely difficult to communicate with anyone, either before arriving or while waiting for a boat to transport you back to the resort after spending a day away. Every adventure we chose to participate in was amazing and the resort employees who accompanied us provided exceptional service. Other than eating chicken every day and sometimes twice a day, the food was exceptional! We relaxed and that was what we were hoping to be able to do! Thank you!」

「We stayed as family with 2 teenage boys in the Grand Residence for 5 nights which was spectacular, with views across the bay and rainforest. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cart ride down to the beach was fun. We had a great time, however were disappointed with the food - one night the fish was inedible. We were also let down by the constant power outages and delay in firing up the back up generator - we were left in the dark with no running water for hours on our first night....

「Unique was the friendliness of ALL the staff and Mary's awesome cooking. The place is very well maintained, great sea wiew, nicely located, although requiring -7 min walking down to the beach. You need a transport to go shopping, to the airfield or to the main town with ATM machine. Less ideal was the music from the "restaurant" down at the road. All in all a place I really recommend. 」

「Amazing staff and property! Felt like home. Only a handful of rooms. Felt like we had our own private chef. Food is delicious and highly recommend ordering their meals. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Grounds are meticulously kept up. It's a steep driveway, but the views are incredible and worth it. Wish we could've stayed longer. Highly highly recommend.」

「私の部屋だけが古く4畳半にも満たない部屋でした。他の白人たちの部屋はこぎれいでオーシャンビュー。私の部屋はオーシャンビューという予約だったにも関わらず、オーシャンどころかプールサイドの裏で作業部屋の近く。7時くらいにはいやでもうるさくて起こされます。しかもプールからは私の部屋や風呂が丸見え。シャワールームは汚くて、サンダルなしには入れません。街からは徒歩30分で不便です。最後の一日だけ部屋を換えてくれると言われたので、それまで我慢していましたが、結局フルブックだったので換えてくれませんでした。働いているフィジアンはとても親切でいい人たちだったんですが、私はこのホテルが悪い印象だったので、サブサブ自体にも悪い印象を持ちました。ホテルズドットコムはキャンセルができないので、田舎都市での連泊は非常に危険です。こんな高い金払ってあんな部屋を用意されるなら、同じ値段ですのでHotspring hotelをお勧めします。（部屋を確認済み）」

「My wife and I ventured to Sau Bay around the 20th of June, shortly after it opened. At a high level, we give the place 6 out of 5 stars! At the top of our experience was the incredible staff that greeted us and took care of us throughout our 5-day stay. We had previously spent a couple of weeks at some other resorts in the Mamanuca islands, and while those were also great, Sau Bay stood head and shoulders above them in terms of service, privacy, and overall experience. Sau Bay is a small resort...
