「Cute cottage with ample room. Beds are very comfortable. Nice walk in shower in master bedroom, tub shower combo in main house. Large living room, tvs in all bedrooms, very nice seating area in backyard, whimsical decor, AND washer dryer in unit. Excellent choice. 😊」

「We truly enjoyed our stay at the 12th street retreat! We came in town for our daughter’s graduation! The house was very cozy and it had everything we needed! The hostess was very attentive! I would rate it 10/10. If you come to Tifton, give it a try! Very well decorated!! 」

「We had a great time! There is so much to do - kayaking, swimming in the pool, fishing. Great places to eat in Douglas, too! The house is obviously tiny, so it's kind of like camping with a TV, toilet and shower which was fun. There is no real space to just hang out inside for more than two people but as long as the weather is nice, you will not want to be inside anyway! Sam was so nice and so were his boys! Our two boys had a great time with his sons and the guests in the adjacent bungalow...
