「Disappointing.. gym equipment broken breakfast good room adequate - except I asked for king and received 2 queens strange color in water out of the tap」

「We traveled to Oklahoma from Arizona for our uncle’s 90th birthday party. This property allowed us to bring our dogs. The property was clean. The staff was beyond helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong room thinking it was just me and my husband and ended up bringing my daughter and they accommodated us with getting us a room that had a sleeper sofa. They offer a breakfast in the morning, which is basically all you need to get started.. I highly recommend this day if traveling through elk city...

「Very pleasant overnight stay」

「When I asked to check in, the staff member handed me an application form and tapped it with a pen. It felt like a police interrogation. The sheets were wrinkled and stained. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest. There were yellow and black spots scattered all over the sheets. The lighting was very dim. The bathtub was still wet. The armrest of the chair was broken. The clock was unplugged. But the price was definitely low. The low price justifies the poor...

「Had to wait 15 min to check in/ lady was in shower, then when she came to desk with granddaughter she was on phone with her Dtr continuing to talk to her as she was trying to check us in. Room smelled of dirty carpet. Went to go to office area for the advertised breakfast the door was locked. They only served coffee & granola bars anyway so we just left. Would not stay there again!」

「値段の割には良かったと思います。 バスタブの栓がなかったこと、お湯の温度が途中で下がること、くらいですかね、不満は。 あと、周りにはご飯食べるところがほとんどありません。 でも、総じて普通だったと思います。」

「I showed up at the property to check in and there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call I called it numerous times and left messages after 30 min they called me back. And said they're phone was messed up and that they were at the property. I waited another 15 min and no one showed up. I tried calling them again and no answer. I ended up having to book a different hotel」

「The location was not described properly, it is in a middle of a commercial block which is deserted at night and the common space is a store front.」

「We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....

「Had a wonderful stay. The house is rustic and homey and on a beautiful piece of property. Perfect getaway for some peace and quiet. Hope to visit again soon. 」
