「When I asked to check in, the staff member handed me an application form and tapped it with a pen. It felt like a police interrogation. The sheets were wrinkled and stained. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest. There were yellow and black spots scattered all over the sheets. The lighting was very dim. The bathtub was still wet. 「Great location right off I-40 for Elk City. Lobby is big but not well cooled. Room AC was excellent and fan speed increased slowly each time it started up, so while the unit was noisy at full tilt, it didn't wake from or affect sleep. Did not try TV as was there only to shower/sleep, but was unable to use laptop for long because there were no accessible outlets except in bathroom. Other outlets were behind bed or heavy furniture. 「We booked a room. We were traveling and when we got there, no one was at the front desk. They left a number to call but they didn't answer. I contacted expedia and they tried to contact the hotel. Nobody answered」

「We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....

「The PRICE was right, very close to Quartz Mountain. We stayed here when we were picking up our kid from OSAI arts camp. It has good bones from the 1970's. A little bit slimy. The room stank a little but it has a new mini fridge and microwave. I asked for clean sheets for the bed but to be fair the bed was really comfortable. Reminants of decades past are everywhere, left to the extreme Oklahoma elements. The bathroom was straight out of the 1970's and the water pressure waS great. Good bones. I...

「Had to wait 15 min to check in/ lady was in shower, then when she came to desk with granddaughter she was on phone with her Dtr continuing to talk to her as she was trying to check us in. Room smelled of dirty carpet. Went to go to office area for the advertised breakfast the door was locked. They only served coffee & granola bars anyway so we just left. Would not stay there again!」
