「The whole hotel is excellent」

「The hotel was conveniently located, our room was clean and the staff pleasant, but the property looks quite tired. We opted for a queen room and were surprised at the size of the room. We weren’t expecting anything palatial, but this was beyond small for two people with each a suitcase. We had to shuffle around each other to enter the room with our suitcases, and once in the room had to do some creative manoeuvring to fit our two suitcases in a way that would not block our way. There was also no...

「The room was poorly maintained on arrival. Lights not working No restaurant available in the hotel. No lift. Walking up 64 steps was inconvenient. Inadequate wardrobe space and no chest of drawers. A lovely building but the bedrooms need updating .」

「Awful hotel that you would expect to change by the hour. Total mistake staying there」

「Parking a plus and good to have a manned reception. Rooms need updating and carpet replacing」
