「We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.」

「エレベーターがなかったので3階までスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でしたが、部屋は広く清潔で、なんでも揃っているのでとても快適に過ごせました。ペンギンパレードの場所まで車で15分くらいでした。近くにはスーパーもあるので、食材を買ってキッチンで自炊し、ダイニングテーブルで家族団欒でのんびり食事ができました。」
