"On 27th September 2024, I booked a stay at Hôtel Les Demoiselle through Hotels.com, only to find that the hotel was closed upon my arrival. This left me distressed and without a place to stay. Clearly, I did not receive the service I paid for as the hotel was CLOSED. So I contacted Hotels.com and Hotel Les Demoiselle for a refund but the hotel have refused to give me refund, they have also offered no justification for this. "Maison de petit village très tranquille, sur la route touristique du Champagne, confortable, bien équipée, pratique et décorée avec goût. Parking facile devant la maison. Accueil sympathique. Nous avons pu prendre notre repas du midi sur la petite terrasse extérieure au soleil en ce mois de mai."
