"Clean hotel with friendly staff "

"This hotel is fine for an overnight stop and in a very accessible location for visiting Troyes. The reception isn’t constantly manned and there is a delay when checking in or needing assistance but staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very basic and having a third bed in a overhead bunk meant we were banging our head when getting out of bed! There is no air conditioning but I like to have an openable window. However the noise from outside is dreadful and would put me off staying there...

"We were very well accommodated in a clean family room with comfortable beds and towels provided. Sadly we did not realise that there is a nightclub just behind the hotel so people noisily leaving the club between 2am and 5am disturbed us."

"We stayed for 1 night travelling back north. Great location, there was no noise despite its proximity to the airport. It's very dog friendly , welcoming hotel and the staff were super friendly. Bed was a tad hard for me hence the 4 stars but we would definitely stay again"
